3. Rentals and Reservations

Scheduling: Rentals and guided trip bookings can be arranged in-store, by phone, or online.

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a guided trip or reservation. Specific cancellation terms will be communicated at time of booking.

Equipment Return: Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, reasonable wear excepted. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or rental pickup unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

5. Guided Trips and Outdoor Activities

Outdoor activities, including fly fishing guided trips, involve inherent risks. By participating in guided trips or renting equipment for outdoor activities, you acknowledge and assume these risks. Ski & Bow Rack is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from outdoor recreational activities.

All guided trips are led by experienced, knowledgeable guides. Participants must follow all guide instructions and safety protocols.
